1. About CD Roofing
CD Roofing, led by Coby Diggines, provides professional roofing services across Norwich and the wider Norfolk area. We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship in adherence to UK building standards and consumer protection regulations.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days. Prices are based on a visual inspection; should unforeseen structural issues be discovered during the works, we will provide a revised estimate for approval before proceeding.
3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure the commencement date and materials. Final payment is due strictly upon completion of the requested roofing works. We accept bank transfers and major credit/debit cards as specified on the invoice.
4. Cancellations & Delays
Customers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of agreement, unless works are urgent. Roofing is weather-dependent; CD Roofing reserves the right to postpone starts to ensure the safety of the structure and our team during adverse conditions.
5. Workmanship & Guarantees
We provide a guarantee on all new installation workmanship. Material guarantees are provided by the respective manufacturers. Our liability is limited to the repair of the specific roofing defect identified within the guarantee period.
6. Access & Safety
The customer must provide clear access to the property and roofline. CD Roofing adheres to strict Health & Safety guidelines; any scaffolding required will be erected by certified professionals and must not be tampered with by unauthorized persons.
7. Liability & Damage
While every care is taken, CD Roofing is not liable for minor internal vibration damage or dust during major roof replacements. We maintain full public liability insurance to cover accidental damage caused by negligence during the performance of the works.
8. Complaints
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Any concerns or complaints regarding our services should be submitted in writing to cobydiggines1@gmail.com. We aim to respond and resolve all matters within 7 working days.
